We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ice Code Recovery. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility:

– Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.

– The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds:

– Refunds are only granted if the product isn’t used with water.

– Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

– Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

– Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges:

– If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team.

– Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we will issue a refund.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items:

– In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

– We may request supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, to assess the issue.

– We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, subject to stock availability, or offer a refund or store credit.

– Ice Code Recovery is not responsible for any delays in the return shipping process.

– Customers are responsible for accurately completing the return form and including a copy of the invoice.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

– Ice Code Recovery is not liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit, but we will assist you in resolving any related issues.

– Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your returned package for the refund to be processed.
